作り方
- 高野豆腐を戻して絞る
- しめじ、高野豆腐はフードカッターでみじん切りする
- 鍋に油と生姜を入れて香りが出てきたら2を中火で炒める
- 油が全体に回ったら砂糖と醤油を加えて汁けがなくなるまでいる。
